It was our last morning in Bologna today and so, on our last sweaty walk in the sun, I took this shot of the palace that dominates the central square of the city. This palace, like most of the other local buildings, is hundreds of years old and it really does look it - I could easily imagine it being the backdrop to scenes of some historical, political intrigue, or the modern televisual adaptation of the same.
